CTL Filter used to set Symbol Rate in RPIDATV tx
In the Acampo/Portsdown Transmitter, the "ctlfilter.sh" script is used to set the symbol rate of the transmitter
By setting your ctlfilter.sh to match the one HERE you can change your settings to match what the MDARC system requirements are
for 1.3M/s rate and 2222M/s rate

Just use the nano editor (I.E. "nano ctlfilter.sh") make your changes and then save it by using CTL-x, the program will prompt you to verify the write, just type a "y" and you are finished

Log into your Pi then do the folowing:
cd rpidatv/scripts/
nano ctlfilter.sh

Scroll down to the section of code where the symbol rates are set, you will see comments regarding what to set the values to for 1.3 M/s and 2222 M/s, use the values that are suggested
